Refund Policy

Try KneeAgain risk-free for 90 days. If your daily knee discomfort isn't noticeably better with KneeAgain, we'll refund every cent — no questions, no shipping fee.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@kneeagain.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience.
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
  4. Pack the product (it doesn't need to be in original packaging — we know you've worn it; that's the point).
  5. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your KneeAgain arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Subscription Cancellation

If you signed up for our Auto-Refill subscription, you can cancel anytime through your account or by emailing info@kneeagain.com. No fees, no questions.
